Edgar Allan Poe School operates under Community Consolidated School District and offers educational programs to students in grades kindergarten through eight. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, English, social development, mathematics, science, technical education, social studies, foreign language, and health and safety lessons. In addition, it also includes bilingual and English as a second language program, information and skill classes, fine arts, fine motor development and large motor development lessons, and library skill. It offers various extracurricular activities, such as music, band, sports and physical education. The school has nurses, counselors, psychologists and night custodians for its students.
