This is a lovely and quiet place to live in a residential neighborhood, but close to restaurants, markets, a playground, tennis, and other activities. The grounds are really lovely when everything is in full bloom in the summer. The condo association fee covers nearly everything.

Great place to live! Forest View Racquet & Fitness Club across the street, with a newly renovated tennis complex. Club's offerings include a nursery for both members and non-members. Falcon Park, at corner of Goebbert and Falcon, offers a playground and basketball court. Township HS District 214's school next to the club offers community education classes, entertainment/shows, trips, year-round. PACE bus stop a few feet from BP's Algonquin parking lot. Mitsuwa Marketplace, largest Japanese market in the US, is at the end of the block. Within walking distance of 5 shopping centers, restaurants, professional offices, a storage facility, etc, and within easy driving distance of many other spots, including Woodfield Mall. Large pool onsite, 2 ponds with gazebos, beautifully landscaped. Recently completed 5-yr, $1million+ infrastructure-improvement project. Condo fee covers heat, water, garbage, all maintenance, snow removal and operations. Resident pay for their electricity, cable/phone.
