The credit crunch, along with Lehman Brothersâ?? bankruptcy (then the fourth largest investment bank in the U.S.), had induced a staggering 27-month drop in home prices across the county. Nevertheless, six months later in June of 2009, Capstone Realty opened its doors as the real estate market was on the decline both locally and nationally.
