Stringent Caregiver Screening we verify references, citizenship, criminal background, proof of education, professional certifications & licenses, driver's license and auto insurance. We also test for drug usage, and job knowledge via a written exam. We retain quality caregivers, and pay higher than the industry standard wage. Caregiver Profiling & Interviews we provide a summary profile along with copies of professional licenses, if applicable, and proof of a clear criminal background check for your review prior to the start of any caregiver.
