My grandma was here for almost a year. It was a horrific experience. Medications were not given at the right times and they switched the dosing without communication. When my grandma went on hospice, another family member had to be onsite for two whole days in order to straighten out the medication. We ended up switching her floors because we had consistent problems with the one floor, including the staff bruising her when she was moved. The residents that did not have anyone to vouch for them were obviously treated significantly worse. There was a handful of staff were wonderful, but the majority of them were difficult and make it very clear that they did not care.
