I have shopped at this Cub since it opened. While I've been a loyal customer, and for the most part happy with this store, my feelings are becoming tainted by the horrible customer service in the deli. I know that workers have responsibilities and that cleanliness is important, but it is becoming all too frequent that I am ignored. I stand and watch workers doing whatever, glancing up at me without acknowledging I am there waiting to be waited on. I have even asked "Are you open?" and been completely ignored. If I were to go to Byerly's, I would at least get a "I'm sorry, I'll be with you in a moment." And then when I am waited on the worker would say, "Sorry to keep you waiting." It is called good customer service and I am happy to wait 5 minutes when I am treated politely. I am saddened that this poor treatment of customers is driving me and possibly others to Target and the new Trader Joes for my food purchases.

I live in the neighborhood of this store. I continue to see produce from countries outside theUnited States. Why can't we get apples from Washington and California, instead of fromChile and New Zealand? Even your organic produce comes from outside the U.S.What is the reason? Most of us want LOCAL produce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Minnesota is the first choice.
