The Bancorp s Board of Directors has many duties that include: reviewing and approving strategic plans to enhance shareholder value; overseeing and evaluating management s systems for internal control, financial reporting and public disclosure; setting standards for director qualification and undertaking an annual performance evaluation of the board of directors.
