This b***h is the worst. Never have I dealt with such a arrogant person. She doesn't have the ability to operate her business without being rude and condescending to her clients. She needs to be reminded that she is in service to others and her back talk

I totally agree with the previous review, the owner of this company is inept as well as a very mean,ugly person inside. Her vehicles have on numerous times shown up in a dirty as well as a possible unsafe condition. She and her employee do indeed discuss other customers in a derogatory manner. The owner does not maintain a policy of open communication with her county customers nor does she arrive in a timely manner for pick-ups or drop-offs, which results in customers having to cancel or rescheduling medical appointments.Lackawanna County should investigate and cancel Taxicow's contract. This company should not be transporting medically needy consumers or being the sole provider in a large rural area. This company should be given a negative star rating

The service is terrible! The owner, Mary-Beth, is nasty, disrespectful, snotty, etc. She constantly talks about her clients business to other people who ride with her. She is always late. ALWAYS! Or, you have to sit and wait, sometimes for hours, for her to pick you up. She is contracted to work with the County. They seriously need to take a look at her and talk to her customers. Her service is awful!!!
