Sun Valley Rice uses the newest milling technology available to produce the Sun Valley Rice and the Golden Sun Daichi labels. Under the Golden Sun Daichi label, the company produces KAPIKA processed rice. Sun Valley Rice has comes in a broad range of varieties, including medium-grain, Calrose, short-grain and sweet rice. Sun Valley Rice maintains operations in Arbuckle, Calif.
