General Info

Universal Compounders was started by four individuals all of whom worked at one time or another for a large nationally known veterinary compounding facility. Noticing that things could be done in a more efficient and productive way, the journey of this business was started. Together, we have over 60 years of experience in this field. Our team includes two pharmacists, a registered microbiologist/ registered pharmacy technician, and another registered pharmacy technician. Our aim is to produce for the customer, a high quality product at an affordable price. We believe that if a customer can't afford to pay for the needed medication, then not only do they suffer but so does their beloved pet. Also, if the customer is able to save on their prescriptions, then they should have more resources for follow up appointments which are very important.

We are appropriately licensed in all states that require it. One of our pharmacists is personally licensed in 11 states and the other pharmacist is personally licensed in 2 states. Our microbiologist is a member of the American Society of Microbiology and The American Society for Clinical Pathology. Our technicians are both members of the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
