Twice I have ordered food to-go and twice I have been disappointed. First time a burned waffle with no syrup and second time ordered a Chop House Burger and was given a double cheese burger with cold fries. If the hamburger steak patties were unavailable that could have been mentioned and I would have ordered something different. Or at could have been give a discounted price. We were ten minutes early for the time we were told it would be ready so no excuse for the food being cold. I work in the food industry so I understand for the most part things happening when you're busy and such, but this is getting ridiculous. I also waited ten minutes on the phone for anyone to pick up and I could hear the servers standing near talking. I assume a cook answered the phone because he said wait and I will get you a server. When she answered with a hello I told her I needed to place an order to-go and she said she had no idea anyone was even on the phone. I have contacted corporate and won't be returning. We used to have no problems with this restaurant but that was dining in.
