Attempted to have a cap put on, but dentist failed to contact my insurance company before procedure. After waiting for an hour, had to reschedule for 3 weeks away.

Put cap on my tooth it broke off within 2 months had to go to another dentist, oral surgery to have it removed and an implant done. Would not recommend to anyone.
