Clark Construction Services, Inc (CCS) is a commercial construction company located in Grovetown, Georgia, just outside of Augusta. Established in 2001, CCS is an established, growing company, and our current market includes Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina with a goal to expand into additional Southern states. As a corporation, our primary focus is to produce the best quality construction in the most cost-effective manner for our clients. Our ideal projects range from $500, 000 to $10 million. We also have a buildout and renovation division that focuses on smaller projects. Our own staff members perform construction management, estimation, scheduling, daily field supervision and coordination, and miscellaneous carpentry work, while subcontracting and closely supervising the remaining work on each project. The equal shareholders of the corporation are Eric W. Clark and Jason S. Wren. The principles are not only involved in administrative duties but are committed to active involvement in the company's day-to-day operations. Customer satisfaction is central to the continued success of our company. Therefore, we remain available to our clients from conception to completion to ensure that we effectively and consistently meet our clients' budgets, deadlines and expectations. To make lasting, long-term relationships while maintaining our competitive edge in the commercial construction market. In order to correctly value engineer and minimize costs for our clients, we strive to become a part of the team as early as possible in the conception stage.
