I would highly recommend FVGC!!! I have never had a better workout - I lost 30 pounds and dropped over 2 pant sizes in the last 8 months. I take the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and absolutely love it. The instructors are very patient and excellent at demonstrating all the moves. I had no background in martial arts or wrestling before I started at FVGC and now I am 100% hooked!!!!

Team FVGC is a great place to train! They offer a ton of different classes...all of them are a great workout! The instructors are really knowledgeable and helpful and the team is full of people that are dedicated to training and making the whole team better. You're not going to find any gym comparable in the Fox Valley!

This is the best gym in the Fox Valley. They have boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai (kickboxing), mixed martial arts, and Gracie Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The jiu-jitsu is from two Rickson Gracie black belts, Luiz Claudio and Thiago Veiga who are both World Champions in BJJ. The Fox Valley Grappling Club (Team FVGC) is part of the LLCT Family. Individual members can train at any LCCT school in the state, including Duke Roufus in Milwaukee and Monkey Bar gym in Madison.



The facility is one of the best in the entire state of Wisconsin. Tons of mat space, great weights, an MMA cage, multiple heavy bags and boxing equipment. The instructors are great. It's the only place to train in the Fox Valley.

Anyone interested in being involved with rapidly growing martial arts like brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai should check this place out. For all that is offered to each student, you get a pretty good deal.
