My sister in-law came into town for a visit. The women at the spa were very accommodating to last minute appointments. I had called a few other places and it seemed that they were not interested in even attempting to entertain my business. When I contacted Ben Mar Nico's, they actually were booked on the date I had requested, however they worked to open the spa earlier to fit the two of us in. It has been a very long time since I have experienced a business going above and beyond to service a customer. I'm a regular everyday customer...I'm not an executive or someone requesting special attention or treatment...just a customer! The serve received - the Signature Facial was phenomenal! We had a wonderful time. The facilities are clean and neat and very high class all the way! I do recommend this spa to anyone and everyone. Ben Mar Nico's in the Copperleaf Hotel - Appleton WI - is known by word of mouth as being a great place to relax and get away! They come very highly recommended!

I disagree, this Spa was wonderful!!! Very inviting and welcoming. I had a group of 8 women come up from all over Wisconsin and stayed in the hotel. We all had the Spa Sampler, which had included a massage, a facial and manicure and pedicure. The girls at the spa were very informational and knew a lot of knowledge in the facial products. The massages were very relaxing. And lastly the manicures & pedicures were above and beyond any other i have ever had. I got a free design from a young girl i think her name was Jackie. It was a beautiful flower and it is still on 2 months later. I would say this was a wonderful relaxing experience, and would defiantly come back again and again. Thank you Girls!!!!

A group of 5 of us went for the Wine & Dine package. The massages were OK, not excellent, and most of us thought the facials were rushed, non-relaxing and though we all were there for the same, we all had different facials, depending on who did it. One of us had massages, and another only had their face cleansed, no relaxation. Some had scalp massages, others did not. I have been to numerous spas, and this was an utter disappointment. The foot baths were unsanitized between people, and the toenail polish started wearing off for ALL 5 of us before the night's end. I guess it's too much to ask for a topcoat!I've had a good massage there before, but they are unprepared for more than 1 or 2 people at a time. I brought my sister in law for her first spa experience. I guess she doesn't know what she missed out on, but I do. Unprofessional and unorganized!
