The first time my husband and I walked into the store we had a sales rep. who was upfront, friendly, and very helpful. As a result we decided we would order our sink from this store. The second time we walked into the store we were virtually invisible and had to go look for someone in order to ask any questions, and then the person seemed more irritated at our questions and soon would retreat back to their offices. We ended up ordering a sink from them and soon wished that we hadn't. We called with questions and were told our calls would be returned by the end of the day. They weren't. We caught them in, should we say, "inaccuracies", on several occasions. For the higher prices that one pays at this specialty store I would expect much better service. Lowes does a much better job caring for their customers.
