I would strongly NOT recommend this property management group!!!! My fiancee and I were UNFORTUNATE enough to rent an apartment under their supervision and needless to say it has been a NIGHTMARE from the beginning. The apartment was NOT CLEANED at all when we went to move into it and after killing ourselves for a week cleaning our other apartment we weren't too pleased to encounter this mess. Even after calling this group for some sort of solution we were astounded to hear that our "compensation" would be $50. This place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING (ex. peanut butter and fingernails in cupboards, who knows what on toilet) and took at least 16 hours to thoroughly clean. We told a representative of this management group that we would go to the Better Business Bureau and were told that they would "just laugh at us". Needless to say they didn't and now we are filing a complaint regarding this management group. They are not professional or willing to help their renters at all!!
