They tried to charge me more than $220 more that two, busy, independent shops nearby because I was parked in there lot overnight and thought I would have to tow my truck. If they would rip me off they will try to rip you off too. Avoid the Rotten Apple.

My alternator was going bad. I got an estimate from another shop ($330) was deciding where to take it when my battery finally gave out. I parked my truck in their lot because it was on the way to where I was staying. I called another shop and got an estimate ($320) as I walked to there. When I asked them for a price they were more than $220 more than the two other shops and told me "there was no way they could even buy an alternator for that price". When I would take it somewhere she said "I'd like to this". "Do you have AAA ?" (I did). Luckily my battery had recovered enough that I could start it and take to another shop nearby who fixed for $320 and it runs fine.If they will try to rip me off they rip you off too. Beware. There are reputable busy shops to choose from just a couple miles from here. Don't got ripped off and pay more than necessary.

towed auto ok but didnt have business cards or give location or phone # for follow up for insurance co. or repair shop. we had to hunt them down to have insurance take cere of things.
