Provided by YP.comGot my military suits and shirts back quickly, with all stains removed perfectly, ironed perfectly in military style. They were kind enough to find my lost cufflinks for shirts in a separate bag. The service was impressive and reliable and fast.

Provided by YP.comSo disappointed. I had 2 pair of jeans altered/repaired. They failed to match the thread, left a hole still open, and stitched a hem with thin, crooked, and already coming loose thread. I expressed my concerns and they offered to do it again. They closed the hole but again did not match the thread anywhere and the hem was still crooked.
I also had a leather purse cleaned. Again I was not satisfied with the results (black grime was still clearly visible) and again they offered to try again. After the 2nd attempt it did not look any better. I spoke to the owner on the phone and expressed that I did not feel the level of cleanliness warranted paying the full price that they had originally quoted. I offered to pay 3/4 of the price but was told NO. He told me that they charge much less than other places who would "send it out to a leather specialist". This comment caused me to question whether or not HE was a leather specialist. He blubberingly said he was but I intend to look up the legalities of that little slip of the tongue.
I was told that if I took the purse without paying full price I would be stealing and they would call the police. I was also called a "baby" by the girl working there, who also said "we can't satisfy every customer" with an I-don't-care attitude. I did not know my rights at the time and would have actually called the police myself but I had my two toddlers with me and just couldn't put them through that. I understand that there are sometimes limits to what they can do, but most business owners would offer a discount, offer store credit or at the very least apologize.
After posting this encounter on our neighborhood facebook page, I discovered that a few of my neighbors have had very similar experiences. They lost one woman's skirt and even though she had the receipt/ticket as proof, they called her a liar and refused to do anything for her. Another woman's childhood teddy bear was ruined by Wiselook. They also called her a liar and threatened to call the police if she didn't pay for the service.
This is NOT how a business should be run!!
