Gator's Dockside is a casual dining restaurant chain that was founded in 1991 by Paul Cipparone and John Foerst with a single establishment in Florida. Today, the chain maintains more than 15 locations throughout Florida. The chain s restaurants feature sports bars that include audiovisual equipment. Its menu includes a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, entrees, desserts and side dishes. The chain s restaurants serve quesadillas, shrimp, coleslaw and french fries.
