Avoid using TCS (Triangle Carpet Specialists located in Apex NC) for any job. Not only are they incompetent, their project manager Leo Croes is an outright liar. The job was awarded on 2/3/2017 and was supposed to take 1-2 days to complete. It is 5/2/2017 and the small repair job is still not done to satisfaction. Leo scammed me with an "off line" credit card reader to refund my money but it never posted. I had my credit card company reverse the $500 deposit charges. When TCS screwed up the install of my toilet (telling me I needed to get a new toilet which wasn't true it ended up costing me another $95) I had to pay a plumber to fix their mistakes. Leo agreed to pay me for the plumber, but that was just another one of his lies. That ended up costing me another $315. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB shortly.
