They ALSO took an additional, unexpected step. The inside of this car was, frankly, a mess. Full of accumulated fast food wrappers, soft drink cups and bottles, To our TOTAL amazement, when we picked the car up last night, these guys had also cleaned up the interior. No, not a detailing job with a seat and carpet treatment, but a job that made the car something that another person could sit in. There was NO need for that extra work, it was a total surprise, and it was welcomed. To me, that additional work is the mark of a shop that cares about its customers, in an industry that sometimes gets bad-mouthed. If you need body service in the Raleigh / Cary / Apex / Holly Springs area, I would HIGHLY recommend that you give Scott, Patrick, and the rest of the team at Cary Collision Center / Apex the opportunity to put a smile back on your car, if not your own face.

The guys at Cary Collision Center / Apex NC (Scott and Patrick) have earned not only a customer who will use them again if necessary but one who is happy to write his first ever review of a business I've used. After a deer decided to run into our 02 Saturn's right front corner, we needed to replace the headlight assembly, the fender on that side, the hood, the bumper, a bunch of parts that hold all that stuff up and together, and while were at it have the left front fender replaced as well even though it was not damaged. These guys were right on top of things. They kept us informed of everything they were doing, and why. They updated us on some additional damage they found after taking off the obvious pieces, rather than waiting till we picked the car up and got surprised. The workmanship appears to be of excellent quality, the new parts have been repainted to match the rest of the car, and it all matches up very nicely. (continued on next review)
