This was the worst experience with a business in my life. Although Mr Cooper has a very nice phone voice and appears to be concerned, he basically told me to go f*** myself. I have requested Coopers because a friend works there. unfortunately they sent Dave, who was honestly very nice to me. unfortunately Dave faked cleaning my toilet drain leaving the cap off of the riser while it was raining outside quoted me double for draining the septic tank then what I understood it to be. and then just telling me he couldn't get the drain open. when I told the homeowner what had happened she said she would not pay them she called someone else. they pump the septic for half the cost. they said they would need to pull a toilet to determine what was going on.I called Mr Cooper to let him know that I felt the $90 charge for service was too high. and that the homeowner was not going to pay for that since they didn't do anything.that's when he basically told me that it was too bad. I canceled the check. And will be filing a complaint with BBB.
David was here promptly ,after a early morning phone call to solve a problem. We thought we needed our septic pumped out, it was just a blockage in the house.
Coopers came out promptly when I called with my problem.They got to work fast to solve the problem.They did not half way do there work.They were kind and respectful.They did the work the right way not cutting corners.For the work they did I was expecting a huge bill.Instead they charged me a fair price and they even cut me a brake in some areas that would have cost me extra if I had used another company.My job estimated to be a $1000 with tax and labor.Coopers charged me $617.50 and they did it the right way.I will used them again in 5 years when my tank needs to be serviced, thanks Coopers
Last night after 10pm our septic leaked into our shower. We figured it was something very bad that cost lots of money. We did our digging and called Coopers who we've done business in the past with. they came in aroun 9ish and looked into our tank figured that was not the problem but a blockage. Our bill ended up $80, they really could have screwed us. We thought out tank was filled and was expecting to spend tons of money. I would recommend this company for honesty, fast work, and dependable. Great job to Curt at Coopers Sewer and Drain.
