These people are a joke. I took my husky/shephard mix in for a bath and a trim and I came back to him shaved completely. Minus his tail and one of his ears. So he now looks like a mix between a schnauzer and a giant squirrel. I called to speak to the manager and they blamed it all on my dog and said he was a wild animal and compared him to a mountain lion. They also told me that they've been in business for 11 years and I was their second complaint. Im sorry, but If you've been in business for 11 years you should know how to handle a puppy. To make matters worse, they let a girl no older than 15 in charge of my dog by herself. There was a younger girl helping her and two small children running around the shop. When I spoke to the owner he told me that I only scheduled a bath and threw the grooming on the girls when I got there. Wrong, I called a week in advance to schedule a bath, nail trimming, and for his fur to get trimmed. I asked for a refund and he told me that it would be unfair to his nieces who did the work because they would be out money and I would be telling people how badly of a job they did. Well guess what, you did a horrible job sir and once my poor pup grows his fur back, we will certainly be going elsewhere.
