I had a ceiling fan on my vaulted ceiling (18ft up) that detached out of the ceiling box. I installed it 8 years ago...go figure. Anyways, it was hanging 18ft up by only the wires. This happened on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm (again, go figure).I called Winston Electric immediately after finding them on a Google search and talked to the owner Jack. He was very friendly and concerned about the danger of it falling. He came over immediately, even delaying his own plans for the evening to come and help! Took care of it in about 15 minutes. He was so nice, i invited him in and we chatted for another 45 mins! Price was extremely reasonable considering he made an "emergency" call. In fact the price was so reasonable and he was so friendly, i even gave him $20 tip.He will be the only person i'll call for any future needs. I'd highly recommend him!

They were very nice and the job was affordable. They found a potential fire hazard in my house.
