We went to this business today based on their website claims that they would work with you whether they were doing your entire remodeling job or not. We wanted to get a ballpark price on some materials as we are preparing a budget for a remodel job. The person who attended us acted as if what we wanted were ridiculous, tried to tell us what we wanted and was generally not listening nor caring whether we purchased our materials from him or not. After waiting nearly 25 minutes for any attention at all, we thought the least he could do was answer our questions. We would have purchased from him had he not behaved so rudely, but now will not only avoid this business but tell our friends to as well. No one needs to feel like they are not important enough to be helped not that their money is not green enough. We thought the guy quite a snob.
