These people are are insensitive idiots! Watch out for the people behind the front desks, because they are especially snobby. They were nothing but rude and inconsiderate when I bought my dog there for a vet appointment and a grooming. First, we were told she needed a shot-they even sent us a postcard in the mail telling us our dog was due for her shot. The vet said she didn't need the shot, and yet the people at the front desk tried to schedule a shot for her after her grooming. The girl at the front desk argued with me the entire time. When I called back to talk to them they were extremely rude and told me that it was my fault that I didn't know my dog didn't need a shot, even after they admitted they typed my dog's information wrong into the computer and that they did send the postcard confirming the shot. So much for them supposedly being the professionals. Stay away from them! I have two dogs and I can ensure you, that they lost all of our business! Also especially watch out for June in grooming. She is rude, and she really doesn't care what she says or who she says it to. I tried to call back because they do a good job despite their idiot employees, and as soon as June found out it was me, she immediately dropped her fake act. They are unprofessional, they clearly don't care about their customers and their pets, and they are so unorganized.

Been here a couple times now. I thought the doctor knew his stuff but otherwise this place is nothing special. I've been to more friendly places for dog care. For what you pay here I'm going to try another vet.

Antioch Animal Hospital seems to have good doctors but the hospital seems poorly managed. The inside of the building is depressing and cold. Some of the staff are not very friendly or organized. For the quality of services received their pricing is expensive. I wish the doctors would find a better place to practice.

We have been loyal clients wth many anmals over the years. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. Dr. Passarella is an amazing Doctor! They even have a full groomng department that knows what they are doing!I always tell people to go there. I will continue to do so.

My dog was dying of kidney failure and Dr. P. told me my dog had 24-48 hours to live. YET, they did a heartworm test on her LAST DAY of life and charged me appr. $50 for it. They charged us but I don't know if they actually did it. My dog was there for 3 days and they didn't communicate well with us to at least let us know what was going on. They are very insensitive and it seems they just want to rip you off as best as they can. I kind of also agree with the reviewer who wrote about poor diagnostic skills.

If Dr. Passarella and his staff treated human medical problems, I would take myself, husband and kids to him and his staff! We have been clients of the Antioch Animal Hospital for almost 15 years. We started going there when we 1st moved to the area. Over the years, they have taked care of my sons' rat, our 3 cats and 3 dogs. We have always felt that they have done the most through exam and treatment available. They even have a digital xray and an ultrasound that we needed to use when Duke thought that he needed to eat one of the cat toys and get it stuck in his intestines. Love them and will always tell everyone that I know to take their pets there!

BE VERY AWARE!!! Several vets within this office have VERY poor diagnostic services. Treated my pet for 6 weeks for the WRONG issue. Finally had to take to a specialist.. it was to late and he had to be put sleep. IF YOUR PET ISN'T GETTING BETTER .. Take them some where for a second opinion IMMEDIATELY!!! Don't suffer the broken heart I did.
