Aspira Foster & Family Services is a nonprofit home care agency that offers foster care services to more than 5,000 children and families in California. Its services include counseling, support, and emergency, short- and long-term and therapeutic foster care services. The agency provides adoption services through a network of more than 25 local offices. Its intensive treatment foster care program provides a stable alternative to institutional care for emotionally disturbed children who can benefit from a family-based treatment program with enriched support services.
