MARNI BRANZ, Pastry Chef Marni graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, specializing in plated desserts. Over twenty years, her work has taken her overseas to St. Anne's Manor Hotel in Wokingham, England, and across the country, including such properties as The Athenaeum Hotel in Chautauqua, New York, three Ritz-Carlton Hotels, The Four Seasons Aviara, in Carlsbad, California, and Roy's Kahana Bar & Grill in Maui, Hawaii. She returned to Southern California to open Posh Pastries, in Santa Clarita.
