I have been using them for past 3 months, so far I don't have any complains. Have had my jackets, pants and blouses cleaned here. Am a satisfied customer.

I dropped off a dress to have it cleaned/zipper fixed. The price sounded high, but I have never had to send out for a zipper fix, so that's why I asked. The clerk made a remark, "We do have to buy the zipper." Honey, zippers don't cost $20. Anyhow, I left the dress with a receipt ('cause you gotta prepay here, which should have been my second red flag) indicating my item would be ready for pick-up 5 days later. I returned 7 days later, but the dress isn't done. It's not even on the premises. Um, huh? It says on the top of the receipt, "All Work Done on Premises." The clerk, same girl, says she'll find out, but makes no effort to do so while I'm there. I run over to the market and return over an hour later. She didn't called. She then tries to call and receives a disconnected signal. She says she'll try to reach her manager and get back to me. Finally, she calls and it won't be available until Friday, not even the slightest notion of any compensation. The dress better be pristine.
