We did an oil to gas conversion and got a new AC system as well to replace an aging and inefficient one that we had in our house. I spoke to several contractors before meeting with Pat (owner). While we were waiting for the gas company to connect us, he actually got our old AC system functioning better than it had in ten years by doing a couple of simple things that no other contractor suggested. Once work began, Pat was involved in every step and always responded right away to questions and concerns.

The work is done and my house has never had more balanced heating. All of Pat’s suggestions were spot on and the work was done when he said it would be. Finding a contractor that you trust is extremely valuable and I can honestly say that, based on my experience, I would recommend PHS to any one who asks.
