Provided by YP.comWhen I friends in from out of town they always want Classic on Noble for lunch and it has never disappointed. Their signature dish is Shrimp and Grits. My favorites are their seared Sesame Tuna, fried green tomato salad and their Noble salad with Strawberries and glazed pecan and their Noble fried Oysters.
I also surprised my husband with a small birthday celebration and they packaged Shrimp Grits and Fried Green Tomato Salad for 6 and it was a huge hit! They will accommodate your need however great or small. Check them out!!

Provided by YP.comI"ve tried it every time I come to the city just to see if anything is new. No....same decor, same food, same service. I find the employees to be bland with no personality, eyes darting around to see who's watching. Must be an ogre somewhere in the shadows. I tried lunch and dinner. Lunch was better than dinner although not a very extensive menu. Dinner servers are very young and play around more than service their guests. I did have an excellent drink.

Provided by YP.comThe food at classic is of the utmost quality and the services provided there are of five star quality. The staff is very nice and more than happy to serve. i don't believe a finer establishment exists within the area and sunday brunches are simply astonishing with their fine gourmet food and chocolate fountain which is sure to entertain children.

Provided by YP.comThe food in it's self is not that bad, not as good as you would expect from such an establishment. Sunday brunch is very repetative and just about all of the food is bland or over cooked. The saving grace on Sundays would be the chocolate fountain but with all the other flaws, it doesn't help much. The real problem comes down to employees. From what I saw, it consist of unfair treatment. I have heard many stories from employees that the "shared tip" is unevenly distributed, and that females always made more money with far less work than males with the exact same hours. This information comes from many people I know that work and have previously worked there. Another problem I hear of is that tips often come up missing from the checks... So if you feel enclined to work there, don't bother to tip. The chances that the waiter who served you so well, will only see a tiny fraction(if any) of it. Or just save some time and find a better place to eat.

Provided by YP.comFriends from Birmingham and Atlanta met at Classic on Noble for a lunch recently. Our reaction as we walked into the restaurant was breathtaking. It is a beautiful restaurant. AND, the food is gourmet. I have recommended it highly to many people. I just wish we lived closer. Thank you, owners, for making this excellent quality available to Alabamians...and Georgians.
