AWFUL customer service, do not go there! I made an appointment and then the optometrist refuse to see me !!!! YES, REFUSED!!!!!! Dont waste your time find some other place. Terrible!
I wouldn't even give this place ONE STAR! Even with an "appointment" they still make you wait for hours! They messed up my glasses order and had to come to the store 3 different times because when i called they would place me on hold and forget I was still on hold!

The customer service is awful. You can walk around the store several times and no one ask may I help you. I was in this store today after one and they were busy talking about change in promotions.

My family has used this particular Doctor's Vision Works several times and overall I am not impressed. While the doctors appear knowledgeable and seem to perform thorough exams, they are consistently late seeing patients for scheduled appointments. Not sure if it is because they don't allow a sufficient amount of time to examine patients or they are just not efficient. My perception is that some staff members require additional training. When my teenager was getting contact lenses for the first time, the person charged with "indoctrinating" my child on the proper care and use of contact lenses left the area several times in order to ask another staff member basic contact lens questions in order to "teach" my child. My overall impression of this business is that they really aren't concerned about customer satisfaction otherwise they would not subject customers to the long wait times nor would they allow inexperienced staff members train customers.
