I will NEVER go to Sallys in Annap. again.Went for a well advertised item.Arrived 1HR before close. The clerk was wandering around the store talking on her cell phone.While still on her phone AND talking to me, acting like"WHAT-you expect me to help you-I'm on the phone"She said the items were in the back in a box. I had to ask when they would be out.She laughed and said,"Tonight after we close"To which I replied,"No-I mean when will they be out for the public to buy?" "Tomorrow morning."She said.I left her to her cell phone call. 2days later I returned. Same clerk. Product still not out.This time I asked if she would look in the box for the one specific color. She motioned over to the boxes and said,"There they are"At that point I had my son in my arms so I COULDN'T help myself.I left-again with NO help. I said I'd get it online-which I did.Shipping was less than gas for 2 trips.Hire a new Clerk!There are a lot of businesses that want repeat customers-Sallys apparently does not!
