Don't go here! Made an appt. for an hour later. Was advised to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork, so I did. They hand you an electronic tablet with lots of questions to answer, commercials to watch, big nuisance. Complete the info, hand it to the receptionist, it was exactly my appt time. We were directed to waiting area, and I was thrilled to almost immediatedly be redirected to an exam room. Where we sat and waited for 75 minutes! A nurse came after about 5 minutes, took vitals and info, and left, and nobody checked on us again. After the 75 minute wait, we just left, and the receptionist seemed astonished we weren't going to wait to be seen. On the way home, it's dark and sleeting, she calls and tells me there's no waiting at their Arundel Mills facility. I guess that was nice of her, but what's the point of making an APPOINTMENT in the first place?! I would have been more tolerate if I was a walk-in, but I called FIRST.
Do not go with these people. I went for my child to the Rockville location, and we paid our co-pay of 25 dollars. We were told that would be all we would have to pay, and the insurance would pay the rest. When we got the statement from the insurance company, it stated we owed 50$ more. These people are thieves!! I will never go there again, and I hope you will not either. The doctor overall seemed competent, but he did make a number of recommendations, which were diametrically opposed to our usual pediatrician.

Have used in the past for flu shots. They were okay. How can they screw up a self-pay flu shot? Today, I was struck with a urinary tract infection. My doc was out of office, and I imagined Righttime would be quicker than the hospital emergency room. WRONG! First, the receptionists did not understand why I had to run to the potty every three minutes. 2nd, their check-in system was a nuisance. 3rd, as I was in pain & had shown them my insurance info, they wanted to futz with THEIR way of checking in. In disgust, I left for local hosp. ER and got better, faster, and cheaper care. For flu shots, they're fine, but not for anything else. This was the Rockville, Maryland, location.

This is a wonderful practice for children and parents when your regular pediatricians office is closed. We have had to take or 3 children there at one point in time for things that couldn't wait for their doctor in the morning. Someone was thinking when they created it! Call in for an appointment, and then you are able to wait at home with your child instead of sitting in a crowded ER for HOURS! Very prompt caring staff , fast service that doesn't leave you feeling rushed out.WE HIGHLY recommend Nighttime Pediatrics!!!!
This is am multi-office chain and may be the future of healthcare. That scares me. My son was showing signs of an ear infection and it was the weekend (of course). I assumed it was a drop-in clinic, but we were told to come back 6 hours later. OK. We arrived promptly, but had to wait an hour to be seen. Fine. The doctor was a bit strange, but did his job. I can take that. What really ticked me off was when I called for an urgent question regarding the prescription, I got their call center. Apparently the individual offices do not have direct lines. In order to talk to a doctor or receptionist you have to call the call center, which then calls the specific office, which then supposedly calls you. Too much red tape. The bottom line is that if you MUST get care and don't want to go to the ER, NP is a viable alternative. If you think you can wait until your pediatrician opens, do it.
My daughter is 3 and has been battling constipation problems since she was 1 years old. On a Friday night, after my pediatricians business hours, my daughter was running a 102 temperature and doubling over in pain. We opted to take her to Nighttime Pediatrics rather than try to battle the emergency room on a Friday night. My husband called and they rushed us in for a 9:20 p.m. appointment. The Doctor was friendly and patient with my crying daughter and explained things in a way that we could easily understand. We will keep them in mind in any other future late night medical needs.
The staff and Dr were friendly, we got great care that didn't take hours. Our appointment was for 6:15 and we were discharged and ready to leave by 6:45. You didn't feel like the Dr. was rushing you had is undivided attention and time. Would recommend to anyone.
The office was clean, the service was fast and the staff were very friendly and helpful including the physician. I would recommend Nighttime to anyone who needs medical care at a time when their regular doctor is not available (evenings, weekends, holidays).
