I would hardly give this organization a review of 5 stars for their services. There is certainly a lack of compassion and care for their clients. The dollar bill counts more than the loyalty of their clients and repeat business. I will say that the evening shift employee who works there was great (evening staff). But, dont get sick. I recently called because I had swelling in my lower extremities. I asked to have my appointment changed. I was told by the person answering the phone that I would have to wait for answer until she could talk to the owner. The company policy is 24 hour notice. Have to be called and they would get back to me later. The policy is 24 hours notice. Well, who plans to be ill? I even explained that I had to have 911 called for me at work. Talk about poor customer service. When I talked to the owner she proposed I buy another package for them to allow me to reschedule the appointment. Really???

in just 4 weeks i lost 10 inches and 20 pounds , great staff and a great place to go
