I got a quick appointment, that was good. The technician cut my cuticles several times causing me to bleed- my fingers still hurt. Go somewhere else.

I will never return to this salon. They have the worst customer service. When i entered the salon they acted as if I wasn't welcomed and barely wanted to assist me. Once in the back for my pedicure the technician barely spoke. Another technician the rudely came over and snatched my purse off of the chair next to me and proceed to say that it was against salon rules to place it there. Who has ever heardbof such craziness. Needless to say I told them that I was no longer interested in getting the service. As I walked out and the tech proceed to say that I couldnt afford the $28 service. All i can say is Wow! I hate to say that its a race thing but thats how it appears. Its really sad this day in age. In closing all I would like to say is steer clear of this salon.

Like other reviewers, I have gone to Elegant nails for a few years. I keep returning for several reasons: - Many other salons reek of chemicals. This one does not. - I have had sloppy pedicures in other salons where my toes have been gouged with tools, resulting in nicks and sore toes, never here - Theyre creative when it comes to repairing a broken nail - I have never had to wait longer than five minutes as a walk-in - Staff is pleasant and professional, and the prices are VERY competitive I have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been going here for a few years now for waxing and threading. I find the service excellent and professional. Prices are also reasonable. Specific individuals do these particular services and it is better to make an appointment or be willing to wait if you walk in. Either is well worth it!

This is a great place! The staff is extremely professional, and they have created a great environment for relaxation. Unlike most other nail salons around Annapolis it is quiet, clean, has calm lighting, and doesn't stink of chemicals.

I'm a walk-in kind of person, and I've been to many salons in the Annapolis area. I'm sticking with this one. Their service is the best. The spa pedicures are so relaxing. They include sugar scrub, hot towels and massage. But, the best reason to go is that their pedicures last for weeks. Really! I don't know if it's the type of polish they use, or whether it's the preparation -- but I know that my feet look great in sandals for a long while. Go!

I've been coming here for years now. The owners and staff are wonderful and attentive. They are always striving to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience. The spa pedicure is the best in town, with sugar scrub, clay wrap with hot towels and leg massage. For this kind of service, they also have the best price in town. They recently started the OPI gel laquer polish, which is the best price in town. Make sure you check them out, look at the services menu and come out feeling great!!

This is a horrible place to go to but if you like to waste gas then go. Everytime I go they always tell me to come back just for an eyebrow wax when the place is so empty. I always tip good even giving $10 tip on a brow wax its like they don't no how to multi task and they move so slow it's crazy I once went I referred 5 people to this shop know now none of them goes here anymore their service is terrible. Today is Sunday they open at 11am their was one girl in there and she asked me to come back in 45 min until the other workers get here all i asked for is a brow wax and a pedicure what's the point of her being here if she cant do her job what's the point of her opening the shop if she cant do what she's being paid for beware don't go
