Dr Sayan is a wonderful surgeon !! He removed my gallbladder in 2009. I continue to recommend him highly, My experience was unbelievable not only was he compassionate and understanding when I was so nervous .... 4 hours after surgery i felt I was able to go home...and I never needed or took pain medication. Maybe I am an exception to the rule ... but this was my honest experience .... Like is said ....I recommend him highly

Dr. Vincent Sayan performed emergency colon surgery in July 2011 on me, because of a severe case of diverticultis. He was compasionate, although he is reserved, and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. What helped me feel comfortable about him performing the surgery was listening to the staff at Anne Arundel Medical Center, which includes the nurses, technicians, volunteers, etc., stating how they would not have any worries if they new he was doing surgery. I feel blessed to have had him as my surgeon.

Doc Sayan is one of the last of our real Dr. Welby's! He may not like that I tell others that he visits church each morning, but folks shud know he utilizes all the resources afforded him, to perform his duties in the best way possible. One's first impression & 1st few visits, dont usually expose his deep concern & caring, but we, 'lucky' enuf to have a longstanding relationshp with this man (& his wonderful wife/receptionist), come away with an unexpected life enriching experience. Tho the industry dictates that Dr's no longer 'communicate' with their patients, Doc has a unique talent of satisfying ins. requirements, yet imparting & sharing his prof. 'opinions' & imparting options, that have been correct & invaluable for this caregiver of two of his long-term, chronically-ill patients. Neither of these people wud have enjoyed the xtra years & high quality of life, without this man, who invests his entire 'being' to his patients.
