Excellent service and physicians. I was happy with the treatment provided and would go there again. I also go to PSS MediSpa in Annapolis for skin treatments and Botox.

I was 2 weeks away from surgery, made some changes on the procedures I wanted, and over the next 3 days attempted to pay a reasonable bill. Every time I went back, the amounts were different. Support staff insisting that they were right while producing not documentation to justify cost. My file was actually missing or couldn't be found one day I was in. Just write a new bill--we could have all agreed! But that was never offered. When finally in agreement 10 days before surgery they now could not accept a check from me because it was past the 14 day mark and was not "policy" even though I spent a lot of time trying to work this out. I forfeited the deposit and found a more understanding and less bureaucratic practice. Can't recommend. Very stressful.

I would trust my life with this group! What a difference having such a great team made during my surgery both pre op and post op. Thanks Dr. Laughlin!
