I went in for a root canal and came out with a $2800 dollar bill. He's a shister. He will perform a bunch of test that are not related to the issue at hand. Did he really need to perform numerous intraoral exams (A complete series (D0210) is inclusive of bitewings, but bitewings are not necessarily required. The complete series is intraoral. A complete series (D0210) is most often taken after the oral evaluation of the new patient by the dentist at the comprehensive oral evaluation (D0150) or (D0180).) before he could fix the aching tooth? These exams cost hundreds of dollars and are not necessary in order to perform a root canal. So lets take a look at the numbers....final bill total $2,825.00....root canal $1,108.00 plus $186.00 (tooth extraction) equals $1,294.00...now you tell me if he's a shister or not. All you 5 star people should re-check your bill. You have been warned
