Everything the previous review says is accurate. Go elsewhere, this pharmacy is a train wreck . Bad attitudes and bad service. Every transaction is a giant headache here, they make so many mistakes.CVS also have peculiar rules that other pharmacies like the Giant do not have.....such as they will not fill a script for a controlled substance unless you have insurance because they believe if you pay cash you are a drug dealer intending to sell your prescription. Seriously ? They are quite condecending and disrespectful about it too. I have insurance but feel this policy is absurd and choose to go to take my business elsewhere for many reasons .The Giant pharmacy is so professional and helpful and do not make mistakes . The difference is night and day .

When I moved to the area, I had my family's Rxs transferred here. The staff has been very unpleasant both in person and over the phone, repeatedly called old phone numbers (that they were supposed to have changed) and bothered my relatives, and they have continued to fill prescriptions that they had been instructed not to fill. Furthermore, when I would call to say that I - yet again - did not need the prescriptions they re-filled, they would pull up the wrong account (even after spelling out my uncommon name and verifying my DOB), and discuss another customer's account with me. Less than two weeks later, I'm having them transferred back to my original pharmacy (60+ miles away). After talking to the original pharmacy, it turns out that CVS didn't transfer our Rxs properly, either... I would NOT recommend going here.
