Anne Arundel County Crisis Response System provides a variety of on-site and off-site mental health crisis response services and resources. It serves children, adolescents, adults and senior citizens with mental health crisis. The system maintains various mobile crisis and in-home intervention teams, as well as offers care management and urgent care clinical services. Anne Arundel County Crisis Response System provides emergency shelter and transportation arrangements and crisis intervention stress management services. It also offers community and police education and homeless outreach services. The system is comprised of several board-certified psychiatrists, nurses, licensed social workers, phone counselors, administrators and volunteers. Located in Crownsville, Md., Anne Arundel County Crisis Response System is a part of the Rock Creek Foundation, which was founded in 1974 and provides rehabilitation, vocational and treatment services for persons with developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders.
