Steven Proshan, MD, is an accomplished colon and rectal surgeon in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Dr. Proshan earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He completed his general surgery residency in New York at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and furthered his training with a colorectal surgery fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
