Alexandre Debetencourt, PA, brings more than five years of experience as a physician assistant and medical scribe to CHOICE Pain & Rehabilitation Center, located in Dundalk and Rosedale, Maryland, serving patients throughout Baltimore County. Alexandre began his professional pursuits at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience and neurophysiology. Following graduation, he served as a research volunteer in the neurosurgery program at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Alexandre subsequently moved to Maryland and accepted a position as a medical scribe in the emergency department at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. In 2016, Alexandre decided to further his education and enrolled at Towson University in Towson, Maryland, earning his Master of Science in physician assistant studies. Following graduation, Alexandre joined the team at Maryland Brain, Spine, and Pain as a physician assistant. As a physician assistant, Alexandre specializes in all aspects of patient care, including intakes and histories, physical exams, immunization administration, medication management, and wound care. At CHOICE Pain & Rehabilitation Center, Alexandre works one-on-one with men and women to relieve their pain, administering trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and intra-articular injections. Alexandre is BLS, ACLS, and NCCPA certified. He’s also a proud member of the American Academy of Physicians Assistants, the Maryland Academy of Physicians Assistants, and the Maryland Medical Society. He’s fluent in English and French and welcomes anyone seeking relief from acute or chronic pain to CHOICE Pain & Rehabilitation Center.

I LOVE Dr. Debentecourt. He's so kind, professional, understanding and caring. I love that he LISTENS. He is the only pain doctor I have that is trying to resolve my pain issues. He has such a great sense of humor. He's attentive and really offers great feedback for my concerns.
