I you want the best results, you might need these guys. They know what they are doing and they do it as fast as they can, no mess, no worries.
The best thing about the contract that they laid on me is that they are really willing to finish the job according to the contract and even live up to it a little more.

Poor service. Electrician didn't have time to finish job in the morning, so said he would be back later that day. Didn't come back and didn't call. The next morning we called and were told someone would be back after their scheduled visits that day. When they came back said they couldn't fix the problem without us moving equipment around. We couldn't do it then, so they left. I had another electrician out who fixed the problem without any inconvenience. They also left off one outlet cover and lost a screw, necessitating a trip for me to home Depot to replace it.
I called Quality Electric Service because they had a decent rating on Checkbook.org and they could come out quickly. Had a very nice conversation on the phone with owner, Harry. I explained my situation, needed a new dryer hookup because mine was the wrong type. Harry was very patient and kind and explained quite correctly that I probably had a 50-amp receptacle and a 40-amp breaker, and that in most cases, the existing electrical cable could be re-used, but that the receptacle and breaker should both be replaced with 30-amp versions. Quality Electric was able to get an engineer and assitant in my house the next business day's morning following my dryer delivery (which arrived late in the afternoon). They were courteous. Installation was quick and precise. And they tidied up nicely. They were also very helpful and informative when I asked a few questions for possible future projects. I would recommend them to anyone and will likely use them again.

I HAVE USED THESE GUYS FOR YEARS. THERE SERVICE IS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY. THEY GET IN REPAIR PROBLEM OR PREFORM WORK QUICKLY. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD ELECTRICIAN.

Two days ago I scheduled an estimator to come today. I found a vmail on my cell phone, it never rang, and called to see if they could still make it. I was told abruptly it was my fault I didn't answer the phone and that's too bad. I asked if there was anyway the estimator could still make it and was told no and then what I could do with myself and how I could do it. Ok I get that it's my fault because I didn't get the phone call, and I get that they may not be able to come back. What I don't get it the rudeness, the berating, and the swearing. What it says to me is that they don't care about my business. I suspect the "quality" would reflect that too. Heaven help the person who has a complaint against them. I'm just thankful I was only on the phone and not in the same room. Wow. I hope my post helps others make an informed decision.
