Pate Rehabilitation Brinlee Creek Ranch is a rural residential treatment and long-term residential services facility located on a more than 90-acre ranch in Anna, Texas. Pate Rehabilitation provides rehabilitation services to people with various brain injuries, such as trauma, strokes, infections, poor oxygen supplies and toxic exposures. It provides neuropsychological evaluation, vocational rehabilitation, and day and residential transitional services, as well as outpatient and community programs. The organization also offers various specialty programs that focus on physical functioning, daily living activities, community integration and behavioral management. The organization is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services, the Texas State Board of Occupational Therapists and the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
