I am a homeowner here in the "Westcrossing" sub division. The estates within this community are top notch for this city and we have a nice sub-division. However, since Bloomfield took over the HOA has gone south. It is directly caused by "Bloomfield" homes. They have really helped us out as far as home values and building out a nice homes, but they are unwilling to hire and pay what it is worth to have the community groomed and presented as it should Because of the lack of efforts by "Bloomfield Homes and SBB Management" we have much of our landscape damaged which has been directly caused by having under par management and providers looking after the property. I am hopeful that "Bloomfield Homes and SBB Management" will do the right thing and get this community back to where it was when many of us moved here in 2005 and 2006 when "Hadden Landscape" was manicuring the property.
