The Dixboro Project is made up of The Boro, The Boro To Go, and Dixboro House all on our beautiful grounds accompanied by Fleming Creek. The century-old barn structure, and home to The Boro, was erected in the 1880’s and has been utilized as a restaurant since 1934. The barn has been restored highlighting the main bar and open modern kitchen. The adjoining dining rooms present timeless character and sophistication featuring exposed 140-year-old timbers, a gambrel vaulted ceiling and a central raw granite bar across from the original stone fireplace. Like the space itself, food at The Boro is rustic and refined with a focus on woodfired pizzas and doing simple food really well - Open everyday from 4pm - 10pm. The Boro To Go: our all-day takeout cafe adjacent to the kitchen. Outdoor deck dining is available and to enjoy your coffee, pastries and to go order. Dixboro House: A slice of luxury in Ann Arbor.
