I'm so disappointed by the delivery service the cleaners used to have. Most of the time now my clothing is not picked up on the standard delivery dates. I've called several times when my clothes have once again not been picked up and the answer is "we'll get there" and then it doesn't happen. No apologies have been provided and I am a long-standing customer. I like this company otherwise, but if the service doesn't improve, I'll be going somewhere else.

I highly recommend this dry cleaner. After trying a few other places, Budget is my preferred dry cleaner even though several others are closer to my office and home. The service is consistently excellent and their prices are lower than most.

Appalling customer service! The owner of this dry cleaner also owns Stadium Cleaners at 3123 Oak Valley Dr & owned Ace Cleaners. At the Ace Cleaners location they put a hole husbands suit jacket. After weeks of going back & forth & finally launching a BB Bureau complaint they came back to me & said if I continue to bring my dry cleaning to them they would buy my husband a new suit. For four weeks I continued to bring my dry cleaning to them & they told me my husbands suit was on order from Banana Republic. In the fourth week, I went in to drop dry cleaning off & the clerk told me that the family was closing down the Ace Cleaners location. We got a call from the owners teenage daughter two days later who told us her Dad felt there was no reason to replace the suit. It was at that point that we realized that the owner had lied to us about ordering the suit, so that we would continue to support his business until he closed it down, as we would typically bring in about $50 worth of dry
