My wife and I stopped here for a sandwich while visiting Ann Arbor. We each ordered a ham and cheese slim, which were handed to us dry. No mayo, no lettuce, no mustard. When I asked, I was told that we didn't get anything like that with a slim sandwich. WHAT KIND OF JOINT SELLS A DRY NOTHING ON IT SANDWICH? McDonald's has more class than this godawful sleaze pit. If you go, bring a jar of mayo and a head of lettuce.

i.e., A local favoI order every Saturday and Sunday with no Problems. until today. i work at the hospital and I am one floor up from where deliveries are made. I usually get a call. and I come down. Today My phone didn't ring But I got a Voice mail and a Text at the same time( text said come get your jimmy johns Voice mail said I am at the door come get your jimmy johns not pleasant at all). I was with a Patients family. 2 mins later I responded with be right down. takes me 30 seconds to get down the stairs. When I got down there no one was there. I called no answer text no answer. i called the store and the guy on the phone put the driver on the phone. He was rude and said I was there, If you want I will bring it back. I asked for the manager... Jeff I think his name was .... all he kept saying was how can I make it better for you. and i only have one driver he needed to deliver more. I am sorry but a 2 min wait is unacceptable when its a huge hospital. Most of the drivers call me on there way out. like I said I order a lot. But unfortunately I won't be ordering again. and I work at the hotel in the hospital and I won't be recommending That Jimmy Johns again.rite, or highly recommended because
